Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vraastrology (vra.vedajyoti.org), a service of Veda Jyoti · OccultSanctum. By creating an account or using the site you accept them.

1. The service

Vraastrology computes Vedic birth charts, rectifies uncertain birth times by testing candidate times against life events you confirm, and lets you ask questions of a chart in conversation. Results are computed systematically but are astrological guidance: spiritual and self-reflective in nature, offered for insight — not medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice, and not a promise about future events. Decisions you take remain your own.

2. Your account

• You sign in with a Google account you own; keep it accurate and secure. One account per person.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the site with a guardian’s supervision.
• If you add another person’s birth details, you confirm you have their consent.

3. Credits

• New accounts receive 7 free credits. Free credits have no cash value and may be adjusted for abuse (for example duplicate accounts).
• Paid features are priced in credits and shown before you confirm — a rectification run and each chart question cost the number of credits displayed at the time.
• If a rectification run fails on our side, its credits are refunded to your balance automatically.
• Credits do not expire. Purchases and money-back rules are covered by the Refund Policy.

4. Fair use

Don’t abuse the service: no automated scraping, no probing or disrupting the platform, no reselling access, no unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent use, and no creating accounts to farm free credits. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or raise payment disputes in bad faith; genuine billing mistakes are always fixed under the Refund Policy.

5. Content and availability

Charts, runs, and conversations are kept for you as long as your account is active. We work to keep the service available and accurate but provide it “as is”; features may evolve. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

6. Changes and law

We may update these terms; material changes are dated here, and continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
