Refund & Cancellation Policy

Credit purchases on Vraastrology are one-time payments (no subscription, nothing recurring to cancel) processed by Razorpay. This page covers every case where money or credits come back to you.

The short version: failed payments reverse automatically; a wholly unused credit pack can be refunded within 7 days; a rectification run that fails on our side refunds its credits to your balance instantly and automatically.

Failed or duplicate payments

If a payment fails or is charged twice, the charge is reversed by Razorpay to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. If money left your account but your credits never arrived, write to us within 48 hours with the Razorpay payment ID (it’s in your bank/UPI statement and Razorpay email) — we will either add the credits or refund you in full.

Refunds on purchased credit packs

A credit pack that is entirely unspent can be refunded on request within 7 days of purchase.
Once credits from a pack have been spent on a rectification run or a question, that pack is no longer refundable — the service has been delivered.
The 7 free signup credits have no cash value and are never redeemable for money.

Automatic credit refunds

If a rectification run fails because of a problem on our side, the credits it charged are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed. The same applies to a chart question that our system fails to answer.

How to request a refund

Email support@occultsanctum.com from your sign-in email with the Razorpay payment ID and, if you have it, the order ID. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval; your bank may take a few days more to show it.
